Why Florentin Malouda lost the France-Uruguay match

French trainer Domenech deployed Florent Malouda off the bench. The Chelsea forward admits it was disappointing to come on with just 15 minutes left.

Malouda absence was a big surprise. Explaining his decision, Domenech said that it was taken by disciplinary reasons after an incident Thursday at training. During an exercise, Chelsea midfielder had some harsh interventions. Trainer Domenech asked Malouda several times to calm down without success.

Irritated, Domenech called back and threatened him on a steady tone, that it will be removed from the team if do not have a normal behavior. Florent was "tamed", but still punished.
