Italian may avoid the lost classification

The newspaper Corriere della Sera noted in today's edition that Umberto Bossi, the leader of Italian Populist Northern League, an ally of the government led by Silvio Berlusconi, said that Italian national football team will 'buy' the match against Slovakia's

"They will buy the match. You'll see, in autumn will be a lot of Slovakian players who will perform for Italian teams" said Bossi, who is Italian Minister for Reforms.

Italian team must to won the match against Slovakia to ensure its classification in next level of World Cup 2010.

Commenting this "offensive" statemen, the Italian Football Federation representatives have said that "this time Bossi has exceeded the limits"
