The Netherlands won, but they have lost the hotel reservation


FIFA is trying to find a hotel for the Netherlands representative because Dutch football court officials made rooms reservations at the Sandton Hilton in Johannesburg just before the July 5. From the very beginning, they had no hopes for any World Cup final qualification..

Netherlands meets Uruguay this evening in Cape Town in the World Cup semifinals . If they win, they need to return to Johannesburg, where they will play the final. If they lose, the Netherlands will play for third place, in Port Elizabeth.

Angela Merkel was lost in dream


After the game The Chancellor Angela Merkel came in the cab to congratulate and drink a glass of beer with German players. Bastian Schweinsteiger, the man of the match, hug her asking: "Speech , speech , speech".

The Chancellor shortly says: "It was a dream ." This was from a woman understanding game of football.

Maradona lost his mind


A sad end for Diego Maradona, the most interesting man of World Cup.

Argentina national team coach Diego Maradona had a violent altercation with German fans after the end of the match that noted the elimination of said team from the 2010 South Africa World Cup.

Apparently upset over post game celebrations by fans located behind the Argentinean bench, Maradona approached and scolded them, until one of his daughters, her name is Dalma, entered the field and contained him.

Maradona's lost opportunity


Argentina was heinously defeated by Germany in Cape Town. This sudden World Cup elimination, started a real national tragedy in Argentina.

Maradona left the World Championship sad, disappointed and with tears in their eyes! Probably he's sorry because has left the opportunity lo walk naked in Buenos Aires.

Put hands on the book, Diego, there is an opportunity in every loss.

Melo: the lost Brazilian key


Felipe Melo invented a super pass at Robinho's goal. Then he scored in his own goal and did a big mistake when Sneijder scored for Netherlands.

Felipe Melo was both white and black hero. His poor performance from the second part of match postponed the Carioca dream related to the sixth world title for the tournament that will be in 2014 in Brazil

Wesley Sneijder, the best; Melo, the most unlucky

Netherlands won Brazil 2:1 and Cariocas must go home.
Wesley Sneijder was the man of the match. On the other side Melo was angel and devil. He has a big contribution to every goal scored. He gave a brilliant pass and Robinho scored but he also scored in his own home.

All Brazilians eyes were focused on Robben. Dunga considered him the strength of the Dutch attack and therefore he was neutralized. But they forgot of Sneijder, the Italian champion and winner of the Champions League with Inter Milan.

He was the first who gave big emotions Julio Cesar with a shot ...
He centered with left foot before the Melo sent the ball into his own home and scored the goal that sent the Netherlands in the semifinals!

Uruguay has lost the hero



The superhero Luis Suarez has not scored last night against Ghana, but he saved his team from elimination. In minute 122 he used his hands to stop the ball before to the goal line. Luis Suarez receives a red card, therefore he will miss the semifinal with the Netherlands.

But nothing matter, Suarez is a superhero because Gyan's missed the penalty kick.
